Andy Zolper is Head of Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) for Raymond James Financial. He leads a global team of experts who deliver secure and highly performant technology capabilities to Raymond James and its clients. Whether it’s cyber security, MS365, Zoom, cloud ops, technology call centers, software testing, data centers, dial tone, disaster recovery, acquisition integration, or IT governance, the ETS team does it all, every day, with excellence. Andy also serves on Raymond James’ Operating Committee, chairs the firm’s Operational Risk Management Committee, and serves as the executive sponsor of the firm’s veteran inclusion network (“Valor”). Prior to this role Andy was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Raymond James Financial for 9 years.

Andy was previously CISO of UBS Wealth Management Americas, and later global head of Technology Risk Management for UBS. Prior to joining UBS, he led teams in technology risk, cyber security, program management, and process reengineering at JPMorgan Chase. Before JPMC, Andy was responsible for application development at Sterling Resources Inc. Before Sterling, Andy held various management roles at Verizon. Andy is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and is a US Marine Corps veteran. He is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School, a Registered Operations Professional (Series 99), a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Andy represents Raymond James on numerous advisory boards with the goal of improving the financial services sector’s cyber security through intelligence partnerships, education, innovation, research, and community outreach. Now that their five children are grown, Andy and his wife Linda are Florida Guardians ad Litem, court-appointed special advocates for children in the foster care system. Andy serves on the boards of Girls Inc. of Pinellas County and the Guardian ad Litem Foundation of Tampa Bay.
