With a background in leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic growth initiatives, Jessica has spearheaded the development of key product features for millions of users globally. Her work has included positions at Trello, where she guided the creation of new user experiences, and at RIDG, where she led innovation strategies for clients in the National Defense and Cable industries.

Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and is an active writer and speaker on leadership, technology, and wellness. Her articles explore topics like team dynamics, personal well-being, and the intersection of technology and mindfulness.

In addition to her professional career, Jessica is deeply passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and personal development. She holds a Yoga Alliance 200H Certification and is a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. She is an advocate for empowering others to achieve balance and well-being through holistic practices. An avid traveler and animal lover, Jessica enjoys exploring new cultures and supporting local initiatives.

Her commitment to community involvement spans over a decade. Jessica has contributed to various initiatives, including Foursquare Day, StartupBus, SXSW Interactive, Creative Tampa Bay, and Startup Weekend Tampa. She also supports the St. Pete Girl Boss organization, a women’s entrepreneurship network with over 7,500 members.

Jessica’s dedication to youth empowerment is personal. Growing up, extracurricular activities such as theatre provided her with the strength and confidence to overcome a challenging home life and laid the foundation for her success in the tech industry.
