Ronn has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate representing sophisticated clients in a diverse and dynamic blend of real estate transactions. He regularly assists clients in negotiating and drafting commercial real estate contracts including retail and office leases, acquisitions and dispositions. Ronn draws on his well-established experience to advocate for and protect the clients’ interests while achieving the clients’ goals and objectives. He has worked extensively with contractors, developers, brokers, architects and municipalities. Ronn represents his clients with energy, intensity, and enthusiasm, and takes pride in keeping his clients engaged and informed.

Ronn began his legal career at Bialson, Bergen & Schwab in Menlo Park, California. Subsequently, he moved to Colorado and became a partner at the law firm of Jeffrey & Mack, P.C. in Evergreen. Ronn’s practice at both firms focused on commercial real estate matters.

Prior to joining Bold Legal, Ronn served as Vice President in the Wells Fargo Corporate Properties Group. During his 20 years in Wells Fargo’s real estate division, Ronn negotiated leases, subleases, ground leases, acquisitions and dispositions for a portfolio comprising 4.85 million square feet of office and retail properties. Ronn represented Wells Fargo as a landlord and a tenant and as a seller and a buyer, in real estate transactions ranging from 100 square feet to 600,000 square feet.

After attending San Diego State University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Mack obtained his law degree from Boston University. He also earned a Master of Arts degree in International Development from American University.

Ronn was appointed by former Governor John Hickenlooper as a Board Member of the New Energy Improvement District and is now actively involved in Colorado C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy).

Ronn is boldly committed to his wife and four children, exploring the outdoors, history, live music, and unscripted travel.
