Program Overview

Girls Inc Working Women Wednesday is a vibrant, weekly speaker series hosted by Girls Inc. and designed to inspire, educate, and empower girls by connecting them with professional women across a wide range of careers. Focused on broadening horizons and nurturing ambition, this program offers girls direct access to role models who share their personal journeys, career insights, and encouragement.

Each Wednesday, professionals from fields such as STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), journalism, marketing, finance, and more visit Girls Inc. or join us via livestream to engage with girls in candid, empowering conversations. These sessions are not only educational but transformational – giving girls a clearer vision of what’s possible in their future.

To increase accessibility and impact, the program also extends to local (elementary, middle, and high) schools through monthly guest speaker sessions, coordinated in collaboration with participating school partners throughout the academic year.
