Alaukika Vaishnav is a marketing associate at Kopernik Global Investors. In her role, she orchestrates seamless client experiences, optimizes data management and process workflows, and drives dynamic marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility, engage audiences, and enhance overall business success. She has a propensity for implementing tactical strategies guided by the big picture.

She has been in the financial services industry since 2017. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Raymond James and Citi. She has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of South Florida and an MBA from IE Business School.

Outside of work, her passions originate from her background. Growing up in the vibrantly diverse country of India and witnessing the strength and beauty of collective singularity then, rendered her to value diversity in both people and thought. Being brought up by a strong female role model has made her passionate about empowering women, both financially and vocationally.

On a personal level, she is driven by curiosity and continuous improvement, her true joy emerges when she can connect the dots and engage with people on a profound level.
