Erin serves as the Administrative Director of Operations at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, where she leads key operational and support service functions—including facilities management, environmental services, security, valet, and operational strategy. Drawing on a strong foundation as a Registered Nurse combined with advanced business leadership, she bridges clinical excellence with operational efficiency to ensure seamlessly integrated, high-performing healthcare delivery.

Beginning her career as an ICU nurse, Erin has successfully translated her bedside clinical experience into strategic operational leadership. She has held critical administrative roles, including Program Coordinator, Senior Director of Ambulatory Services, and Administrative Director of Quality, where she led patient safety standards and cross-departmental quality metrics. As the Administrative Director of Operations, Erin leverages her expertise to drive process improvement, cost optimization, efficiency, and facility modernization—ensuring an exceptional environment for both patients and healthcare teams.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University Hospital. Outside of her professional role, she loves spending time with family, running local road races, and staying active within her local community.
