Evetta Davis is the Associate Director of Learning, Education, and Development for the Raymond James & Associates Information Technology organization. With more than 22 years of experience in corporate learning and professional development, she is passionate about helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential through impactful education, leadership development, and workforce readiness initiatives.

Evetta’s career in learning and development began at T. Rowe Price, where her passion for adult education emerged while training new associates. Since then, she has built a diverse career spanning the financial services, professional services, retail, and collections industries, serving in both operational support and learning and development leadership roles. Her experience includes positions at organizations such as T. Rowe Price, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and, most recently, Raymond James & Associates.

Combining a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management with a Master of Science in Adult Education, Evetta brings both strategic insight and practical experience to developing innovative learning solutions that drive business outcomes. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentoring emerging leaders, and building pathways that empower individuals to grow and succeed throughout their careers.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Evetta resides in the Tampa Bay area with her husband and two children.
