Alex Holian is an accomplished professional thriving at the intersection of risk management, insurance, and benefit consulting. Graduating in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University laid the foundation for a remarkable journey.

Currently serving as the Area Vice President at Gallagher in Tampa, Florida, Alex focuses on health and welfare benefit consulting. With a keen understanding of risk and a strategic approach to insurance, Alex has played a pivotal role in notable achievements and projects within the field.

Beyond professional endeavors, Alex is deeply committed to community engagement and leadership. As the Co-President and Co-Founder of the Ladies Executive Golf Society (LEGS) of Tampa Bay, Alex has been instrumental in fostering a community where over 1,000 women executives have embraced the game of golf in the Bay Area. Additionally, Alex proudly serves on non-profit boards, contributing skills and insights to organizations such as Girls Inc. of Pinellas County and HR Tampa.

In 2022, Alex co-founded the LEGS Tampa Chapter, a milestone that brought together a remarkable community of women executives with a shared passion for golf. This initiative not only expanded the presence of LEGS but also exemplified Alex’s dedication to breaking barriers and creating opportunities for women in leadership.
